Florida WDO

The FDACS-13645 is Florida's statewide Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) inspection report — a visual inspection for termites, wood-decaying fungi, and other wood-destroying organisms that records active infestation, prior damage, treatments, conducive conditions, and any areas that couldn't be inspected. It's widely used in Florida real estate transactions and is accepted by the VA, FHA, and HUD for loan closings. Only a pest-control operator licensed and certified by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) may perform it.
